IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation falls below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Depending on regional density or the period, price changes may occur in extra tours. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther away than the stated kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will inform you 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from within the vehicle with guide narration, not including museum or archaeological site entrances. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be performed because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide reception takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be present at the hotel reception where you are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation procedures will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for overseas destinations, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests together with the general conditions and obligations below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a green passport of the Republic of Turkey have a passport issue date older than 10 years, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be flown from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only performs the role of intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and for any situation that may prevent the flight.
• The documents required for our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• In the event that the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport showing that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of another visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city the plane will land in, routes may change. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been informed at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if such a room is available in the hotels, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name and surname on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a fine is incurred for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry to and exit from some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/other countries or to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join tours conducted on the route so as to provide economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, extra tours may not be operated or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or undertaken for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be lost. In such a case, the rules of the airline apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information must be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, since the group's departure has been missed, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if travel to the city/country is made on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued and only if availability exists on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, the difference specified by the airline may need to be paid and the ticket converted from group class to economy class, which can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calling/receiving calls. 
• When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, consent from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, consent from both mother and father is mandatory. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
