In addition, there will be a stop at the white sand island formed by a natural formation above the sea, called "White Island." IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous package prices on extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Due to regional density or the period, prices for extra tours may change. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide apply for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is given without specifying the hotel name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet the group at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and are panoramic tours of up to 2-3 hours that do not include museum or archaeological site entries and are narrated by the guide from within the vehicle. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the failure of the aforementioned tours to take place in situations where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out because places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transportation or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide reception takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as specified. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for abroad, foreign language knowledge is the responsibility of the guests.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general conditions and obligations below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• For our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport, if their passport issue date is older than 10 years, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for this situation that may prevent travel.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, the procurement of the required documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport proving that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of another visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and because hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if a suitable room exists in the hotels, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty charges for ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests, whether they obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests in case of a penalty due to not carrying travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/one or more countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası’ sphere of control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• In order for the visit to provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to join the tours conducted along the route accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. When the excursion ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient attendance is not achieved, extra tours may not be operated or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or undertaken by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The plane seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. In such a case, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In the event of missing a flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, because they missed the group's departure, they may miss part or all of the first day's program; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may do so only if availability exists on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and convert the ticket from group class to upgradeable economy class. The price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey, to be able to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/incoming calls. 
• When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles you use during your trip and the hotels where you stay, please make sure you take all your belongings with you. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third person must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the lack of consent.
• The General Conditions are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
