• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, for extra tours, the current prices at the time of purchase apply.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient quorum is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may change.

• In Abu Dhabi tours, the matters to be observed during the mosque visit are: men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the matters to be observed are: wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal or drink too much water before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the discounted excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional congestion or the period. For extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• Due to the tour program being processed as VB or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or when there is an option for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet in the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip area transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, carried out panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities have closed the places to be visited on the day and time corresponding to the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transportation or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as vb. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided, and no guarantee is given for the hotel name.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since the relevant destination operates in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity is applied the same
• Because our package tours are for overseas destinations, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, together with the general conditions and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite this information being provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date of their passport is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa for T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not being able to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only undertakes the role of intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate and applies for a visa, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and for any situation that may prevent the flight.
• The documents required by our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees paid to the consulates for the visa and similar amounts, provided that they present their passport showing that they did not use the visa within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if suitable rooms are available in the hotels, blocking is done by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to air tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests are strictly required to have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they face a penalty for not carrying the travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/other countries, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route, in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or they may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient quorum is not reached, extra tours may not be carried out or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or attended for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a round-trip single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such a case, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, because the group missed its departure, the program of the first day may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, area-city or area-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued and only if availability exists on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and have the ticket moved from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising from this is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departs.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/being called.
• When leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, whether for a short time or permanently, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown when force majeure occurs or when deemed necessary, without disrupting the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, from their mother; and if they travel with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
