• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase are valid for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If the required quorum is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may change.
   

• The points to be considered during mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours are: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
• The points to be considered on our Desert Safari tour are: wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink too much water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, are required to inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional crowding or the period. On extra tours, the prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• As hotel processing in the tour program is carried out as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are optional hotels for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guide service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be waiting at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours and carried out panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, without entrance to museums or archaeological sites.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities have closed the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as vb. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; hotel name is not guaranteed.
• To avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases are carried out in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied the same
• Since our package tours are for overseas travel, foreign language knowledge is the responsibility of the guests.

 

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of booking, together with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passport if it was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to board by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the mentioned passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only serves as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and the resulting situation that may prevent boarding.
• For the documents required by our passengers who will apply for their visa on their own (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.), obtaining them normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present the passport showing that the visa was unused no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The type and time of the aircraft may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations were disclosed at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if a suitable room is available in the hotels, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Children’s discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests in case of any penalty due to not carrying travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or enter through a border gate for another/one or more countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası’ control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join the tours made on the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefit to the group accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required quorum is not reached, extra tours may not be possible or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or made for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. In such a case, the airline’s rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). Also, due to missing the group’s departure, they may miss part or all of the first day’s program; in this case, the responsibility belongs to the guest. In addition, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may only carry out the upgrade if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after their tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, even if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for overseas calling/receiving calls.
• When leaving the means of transport you use during your trip and the hotels where you stay, whether for a short period or completely, please make sure that you take all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without disrupting the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 who travel with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those who travel with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those who travel with a third person must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the lack of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent of the tour program.
