IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the Advantage Trip package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Depending on the density of the region or the season, price changes may occur in extra tours. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of any extra tour cancellation or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances farther than the specified km. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours and conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and archaeological site entries.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be performed because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot in places with closed roads or where vehicle access is not allowed.
• Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are sold as such, etc. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currencies that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general conditions and obligations below must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport obtained their passport more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa and the resulting situation that may hinder the flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their visa themselves, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees paid to consulates for the visa and similar amounts are deducted, provided that they submit proof with their passport that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the plane may change, and since hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of the contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if there is a room suitable for this in the hotels, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to airline tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they face a fine for not carrying travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or exiting some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/other countries or to enter from the border gate, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to provide economic and time advantages to the group accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. When the excursion ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided that the content does not change. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited or traveled for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically voided. The rules of the airline company apply in such cases.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, the guest may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the city/country with a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets are issued, provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference determined by the airline company and move the ticket from group class to an upgradable economy class. Any price difference that arises in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/incoming calls.
• When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles you use during your trip and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown, without altering the content of the program, when force majeure occurs or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 who travel with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those who travel with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those who travel with a third person must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
