• Prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may be changed.

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• The points to pay attention to during mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours are: men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts, and they must have a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• The points to pay attention to during our Desert Safari tour are: wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour price may change or it may be done by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• For extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional congestion or the season. For extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• Because in the tour program the sales are made as VB, or in cases where only category information is provided without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited, and the included guiding service only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, lasting no more than 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted due to local authorities closing the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route being closed for any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and no guarantee is given for the hotel name.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since the relevant destination is processed in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• Since our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport; if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or the airline may not operate their flight from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the mentioned passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not being able to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate and submits a visa application, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and the resulting situation that may prevent the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that the guest proves with their passport that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms, and if a suitable room exists in the hotel, the hotel makes a block according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they face such a penalty for not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry to and exit from some countries may result in an inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for one or more other countries. Since this situation is beyond the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, it is accepted by the parties that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to join the tours conducted along the route so that the visit can provide the group with economic and time advantages accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be carried out or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the round trip is issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be lost. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket by paying for it themselves (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Moreover, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued and if availability exists on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/being called.
• When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels used during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
