Day 1 Istanbul – Copenhagen
Meeting at Ajet Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal. After ticket, luggage and passport procedures, departing for Copenhagen with Ajet Airlines flight number VF69 at 09:20. Arrival in Copenhagen at 11:50. After passport, luggage, and customs procedures, we will leave the airport for the city tour. Upon arrival, we will first have a palace tour. During our tour of Frederiksberg Palace, we will see the castle, which is one of the extraordinary examples of the Renaissance movement and has played an important role in the history of the Northern European region, from the outside, and then visit the palace and the specially designed garden used as a summer palace by the Danish royal family. Next, we start the Copenhagen city tour. The sites we will see during our city tour include Christiansborg Palace, Amalienborg Palace (Royal Palace), the Little Mermaid, Stroget, the longest pedestrian street in Europe, Nyhavn Canal, medieval stock exchange buildings, and Town Hall Square. After our tour, we will have a canal boat tour in Copenhagen. After that, transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay in our hotel in Copenhagen.

Day 2 Copenhagen – Gothenburg – Oslo
After having breakfast at our hotel, we proceed to Gothenburg. After our arrival, we start the panoramic city tour. In Gothenburg, the second largest city in Sweden and the fourth largest in Scandinavia, we stroll along the boulevard called Avenue decorated with canals. We visit Gustav Adolf Square, Poseidon Statue in Götaplatsen Square, Opera and Theatre Buildings, and Ullevi Stadium. After our tour, we head to Norway’s capital, Oslo. Overnight stay in our hotel in Oslo.

Day 3 Oslo
After having breakfast at our hotel, we leave for the city tour. In Oslo, we will conduct our city tour. During our tour, we will see the Royal Palace, Parliament Building, City Hall, National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Street, Skitramp Rampast Vigeland Park, Opera House, and Akershus Fortress. After our tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Free time and relaxation. Overnight stay in our hotel in Oslo.

Day 4 Oslo – Voringsfossen - Bergen
After having breakfast at our hotel, we leave for Bergen. During our scenic journey, we will see the Voringsfossen waterfall and then arrive in Bergen. We will conduct our city tour in Bergen, Norway’s second largest city. Known as the city of seven mountains, we will visit the Fish Market, the colorful houses that symbolize Bergen, and the old quay area called Bryggen. During the free time we will provide, you can shop at the fish market or taste various seafood. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Bergen and enjoy some free time for relaxation. Overnight stay in our hotel in Bergen.

Day 5 Bergen – Tvindefossen - Gudvangen – Boat Trip from Gudvangen to Flam – Lillehammer or Hamar
After having breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Gudvangen. During this journey accompanied by stunning views, we also visit Norway’s famous Tvindefossen waterfall. After arriving in Gudvangen, we board the boat and embark on a sparkling journey in the fjords. We will be greeted with pieces of Norway’s magnificent scenery on our voyage to Flam. After arriving in Flam, we head towards our hotel. Guests may join the Flam Train activity organized by our guide (175 EUR). We will be staying in Lillehammer, Hamar, or nearby depending on availability.

Day 6 Lillehammer or Hamar – Karlstad – Stockholm
After having breakfast at our hotel, we proceed to Stockholm. We take a break in Karlstad along the way. Karlstad is a small settlement built at the point where one of Sweden's longest rivers, Klarälven, flows into Vänern Lake, one of Sweden's largest lakes. Here, the second largest lake port in Sweden, after the port of Västerås, is located. During our tour, we will see Karlstad Cathedral and Karlstad Old Town Square. After our tour in Karlstad, we continue our journey to Stockholm. Overnight stay in our hotel in Stockholm.

Day 7 Stockholm – Uppsala – Sigtuna -Stockholm
After having breakfast at our hotel, we proceed with the city tour. During our Stockholm City Tour, we will see Fjallgatan Hill, Medieval Gamla Stan, the Christmas Square, Famous Houses, Djurgarden Park, City Hall, the National Theatre Building, the Stock Exchange Building and Kunqsrad Park. After our tour, we will have free time for shopping. Get ready to get lost in the streets of Stockholm and experience the charm of the Middle Ages. After that, our first stop is Uppsala. Uppsala, the 4th largest city in Sweden, is also one of the oldest and most historical places in the country. With its unique cultural beauties and exciting history, it adds allure to its charm. During our city tour here, we will see the Uppsala Cathedral, the oldest university in Scandinavia, which dates back to 550 years ago, Uppsala University, and the Fyris River that divides the city. Our next stop will be the town of Sigtuna. In Sigtuna, which clearly reflects Sweden's folklore lifestyle throughout history, you will embark on a journey through history and culture with its local way of life and uniquely designed houses. After our tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay in our hotel in Stockholm.

Need to Know
INFORMATION - During the tour, credit card use is recommended for shopping and spending in all countries included in the program. Each country has its own currency, and the most common and secure payment method is a debit card or credit card. If we have euros, currency exchange will only be possible at suitable locations. - During the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening. - On our tours, seat rotation is applied daily in the seating arrangement; no fixed seat or front seat guarantee is given. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - In order to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days is required. - Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons; Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne); Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including alcoholic drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or skin care products: 5 items; Chocolate and confectionery: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg - During the tour program, guides may make changes to the itinerary depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places specified in the program are shown. - Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour. If there are fewer than 30 days remaining before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if there are 20 days or fewer remaining, a 100% penalty applies. Documents submitted with the cancellation request, such as hospital reports or workplace leave documents obtained from authorities in Turkey, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellation of the hotel and services to be received outside Turkey. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the latest cancellation notice date is 20 days before departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be announced by Viyatravel. - In cases where only category information is provided without specifying hotel names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before departure. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the distances stated. In such a case, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the departure date of the tour. - Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, tour participants making reservations for a third person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with 2 adults and within the relevant age group. - Breakfasts included in the tour package are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally continental breakfasts consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, with a limited menu, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2–3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. If, on the day and time specified in the program or any other included tour, the tour cannot be carried out because access is not permitted by local authorities, roads are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, if possible. - Waiting times at border crossings passed by road during the journey may exceed standard times; Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from such delays. - Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel service provider with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions may not be operated, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour starts and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. - For those participating in tours with flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online on the airlines’ websites. - Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who do not arrive at the airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not board the aircraft. Passengers who miss the flight shall bear all costs for the new round-trip airline tickets required to join the tour and all transfer expenses in the destination area. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change before or during the trip. Viyatravel is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0–2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows.
