1st Day Istanbul – Sarajevo
Meeting at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal… After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Sarajevo at 13:00 with AJET Airlines flight number VF97. Arrival in Sarajevo at 14:00. After passport, luggage, and customs procedures, we depart for the tour of Sarajevo. We begin our city tour by visiting the most distinguished market in Europe, Baščaršija. We also visit the Gazi Husrev Bey Mosque, a relative of Suleiman the Magnificent. During our tour, we will see the Clock Tower, the Catholic Cathedral, Orthodox Churches, and the Jewish Synagogue in Sarajevo. We will also visit the Latin Bridge, where World War I started, before passing through the gate where Fatih Sultan Mehmet entered the city and drinking from the Ottoman Fountain. Finally, we will visit the Fatih Mosque, dedicated to Fatih Sultan Mehmet Han, before transferring to our hotel and settling into our rooms. Guests who wish can join the extra organized Vrelo Bosne tour (20 EUR). We visit Vrelo Bosne, the largest national park in Sarajevo, known for its perfect walking paths, horse-drawn carriages, and authentic cafes, located at the foot of Igman Mountain, where the source of the Bosnia River is found. After our free time, we transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
2nd Day Sarajevo (Konjic-Mostar-Blagaj-Kraviče Waterfall)
After breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Konjic-Mostar-Blagaj-Kraviče Waterfall Tour (95 EUR). We will depart for Mostar by private bus. Our journey to Mostar will take approximately 2.5 hours with breaks at various points. Our first stop will be in the city of Konjic, where we will see the famous Konjic Bridge, restored by Turkey, and take a coffee break by the Neretva River. After that, we arrive in Mostar, where we will take a walking city tour and see the Mostar Bridge (a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture built by Mimar Hayreddin in 1557). The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992 but was reopened in 2004 with the significant contributions of the Republic of Turkey. We will visit the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque. Then we will visit the Blagaj Tekke and the Buna River source, located 12 km from Mostar. Following this, we will visit the magnificent Kravice Waterfall, which is the most beautiful waterfall in the Balkans, and have free time. We will then return to Sarajevo. Transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
3rd Day Sarajevo – Belgrade (Srebrenica)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will set off for Belgrade. Guests who wish can join the extra organized Srebrenica tour (30 EUR) along the way. In this tour, we visit Srebrenica to commemorate the tragedy that occurred on July 11, 1995. We will visit the camp area where innocent Bosnian people were held and the memorial. After arriving in Belgrade, we will begin our panoramic city tour. During our tour of Belgrade, we will see the Student Square, Knez Mihajlova Street, French Monument, Kalemegdan Fortress, Military Museum, Istanbul Gate, Clock Tower, Damat Ali Pasha Tomb, Zindan Gate, Defterdar Gate, Sokullu Mehmet Pasha Fountain, Stefan Lazarevic Monument, Nebojsa Tower, Republic Square, and Terazije Square, as well as the National Museum of History. After the tour, there will be free time, and we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
4th Day Belgrade - Istanbul (Zemun – Danube)
After breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time until the flight time. Guests who wish can join the extra organized Danube River boat tour and Zemun tour (45 EUR). Zemun is one of the 17 districts of Belgrade, which has historically been under Ottoman and Habsburg control. After our panoramic tour here, we will enjoy pleasant hours in this beautiful town that resembles a fisherman's village and relax in the cafes by the Danube River. Then, we will take our boat tour on the Danube River. After the tour, we will transfer to Belgrade Airport. After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul with AJET Airlines flight number VF114 at 14:45. Arrival in Istanbul at 17:35. We hope to see you on your next trip...
