• The prices of extra tours may vary during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply to extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may change.

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• During mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours, the following points should be observed: men should not wear shorts, women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts, and for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf should be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
• The points to note in our Desert Safari tour are: wear sports and comfortable clothes, bring a cardigan. Do not eat heavy meals before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may change or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on the density of the region or the period. On extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid.
• Due to the fact that services in the tour program are arranged as VB, or when only category information is given without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, without museum or site entrance fees.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours when panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, roads on the route being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, within possibilities, at closed roads or places where vehicle access is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide reception takes place at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as etc. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; hotel name guarantee is not given.
• We recommend that guests not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases are made in USD for the relevant destination, the USD - EUR parity is applied the same
• Since our package tours are aimed abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests will travel with a T.R. green passport, and if the passport issue date is older than 10 years, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only serves as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and for this situation that may prevent the flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must schedule their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if a suitable room is available at the hotel, blocking is done by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fees for cancellations or changes to airline tickets arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a related penalty is encountered because the travel insurance is not carried, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry and exit to some countries may cause the inability to obtain a visa for another/other country or countries, or to enter through the border gate; since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• For the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group, our guests who do not wish to join tours made along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on the weather, provided that their content does not change. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be possible or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not allowed to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be lost. In such cases, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket by paying for it themselves (as a round-trip ticket, if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day's program because they missed the group departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. However, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only carry out the upgrade process if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company after their tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline company and move the ticket from group class to upgradeable economy class. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for outgoing/incoming international calls.
• While leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip for a short time or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, consent from their mother; if traveling with a third person, consent from both mother and father is mandatory. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
