• To benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are operated with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional congestion or the period. In extra tours, the prices at the time of sale by the guide will be valid.
• In cases where only category information is given in the tour program without specifying a name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of any extra tour cancellation or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the extra tour requested to be canceled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting up to 2-3 hours, without museum or archaeological site entries, and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to operate the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible, in places with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• Guide meet-and-greet in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels etc. in the program are offered for sale. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for abroad travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• For our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport; if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew it. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstruction is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and the resulting situation that may prevent the flight.
• Obtaining the documents required by our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an extra service in the travel contract, and if Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that the guest presents their passport showing that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, routes may vary. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if there is a suitable room in the hotels, the hotel blocks it according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Any cancellation or change penalties for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they face a penalty for not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa for another one or more countries or being unable to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility in such a case.
• To ensure the visit provides economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to join the tours conducted along the route accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days, provided that the content does not change, or they may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may not be carried out or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• Airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. In this case, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In the event that the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, because the group has missed its departure, the first day’s program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant airline's flight after their tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/incoming calls.
• While briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
