• The prices of the extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may change.
   

 

• The points to be considered during mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours are: men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, miniskirts, leggings or shorts, and for mosque visits a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
• The points to be considered on our Desert Safari tour are: wearing sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bringing a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, are required to inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional crowding or the period. On extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid.
• Due to the fact that the tour program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination you will travel to, and the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances. In such a case, information will be given by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program cannot be carried out due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, roads on the route being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, within possibilities, at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Guide meet-and-greet in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as etc. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; no guarantee is given for the hotel name.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases are carried out in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied in the same way
• Since our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

 

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise despite this information being provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be flown from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger being unable to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and for this situation that may prevent flight.
• The documents needed by our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an extra service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, after the guest presents their unused visa with their passport no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date, they may receive a refund of the remaining amount excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa. If the guest obtained their visa on their own and/or with the help of another visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if a suitable room exists in the hotels, blocking is made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname as they appear in the passport used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must definitely have foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they encounter a penalty for not having the travel insurance with them.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/other country(ies) or being denied entry at the border gate, and since this situation is beyond Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route, for the purpose of providing economy and time benefits to the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be carried out or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited or traveled to for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. In this case, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In case the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). Also, since the group's departure has been missed, the program of the first day may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. In addition, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after their tickets are issued and only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference that arises in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/incoming calls.
• While briefly leaving or completely leaving the means of transport and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 who travel with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those who travel with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those who travel with a third person must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place because of the absence of a consent form.

General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
