IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous excursion package prices in extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
• Where only category information is given in the tour program without specifying a name, and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting at most 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with guide narration from the vehicle, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program when the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted, as far as possible.
• Guide meet-and-greet in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Hotels included in the program are sold as listed. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• To avoid guests being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of currency. Old/worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, together with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport are required to renew their passports if the issue date of their passport is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be accepted by the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only serves as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate and applies for a visa, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa and for this situation, which may prevent the flight.
• Obtaining the documents required for passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must take this period into account when arranging their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible problems.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, after the guest submits proof with the passport that the visa was not used within no later than 1 week from the visa expiry date, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees paid to consulates for the visa and similar amounts. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa agency and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in itineraries depending on the city where the plane will land. It is possible that the type and time of the plane may change, and because hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if there is a suitable room in the hotel, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name as written in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In the event of a penalty because the travel insurance is not with them, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry to and exit from some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another country or countries, or to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is beyond Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join tours conducted along the route for the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our excursion will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days as long as their content does not change, or they may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities to be visited or conducted for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and they are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically burn. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket at their own expense (and, if necessary according to the previous item, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, because the group has missed its departure, the guest may miss part or all of the first day’s program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Moreover, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to have their airline tickets upgraded with miles can only carry out the upgrade process if availability exists on the relevant airline's flight after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and then move the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey, guests who want to use their mobile phones abroad must check with their GSM operator whether their line is open for international calls/incoming calls. 
• When leaving the means of transport you used during your trip or the hotels where you stayed for a short time or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, consent from their mother; if traveling with a third person, consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
