• The prices of extra tours may vary during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may be changed.

 

• In Abu Dhabi tours, during the mosque visit, the following should be observed; men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts, and a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the following should be observed; wear sportswear and comfortable clothing, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous package prices for sightseeing tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. In the event of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional congestion or the period. On extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• In cases where only category information is provided without naming the hotel(s), or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure due to the operation as VB in the tour program.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. During extra tours, a different guide may accompany our guests. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The refund/cancellation status of the extra tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in km. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and last at most 2-3 hours, performed panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or historical site entries.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out because local authorities have closed the places to be visited on the day and time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided, and no guarantee of a specific hotel name is given.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation procedures will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since the relevant destination is processed in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• As our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests together with the general conditions and obligations available below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• For our guests traveling with the Turkish Republic green passport, if the passport issue date is older than 10 years, the passport must be renewed. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only serves as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility for personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate in a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for this situation that may prevent boarding.
• For passengers who will apply for their visa on their own, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that the guest presents the passport showing that the visa was not used, no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, route changes may occur. The aircraft type and time may change, and because hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms cannot be given, and if there is a suitable room in the hotels, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Children's discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown on the passport to be traveled with must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty costs of cancellations or changes to airline tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they face such a penalty for not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for one or more other countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route, in order for the visit to provide economic and time benefits to the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be carried out or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not allowed to be visited or attended by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and they are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In this case, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day's program because they missed the group departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to have their airline tickets upgraded with miles may only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an upgradable economy class. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departs.
• Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/being called.
• When leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, whether for a short period or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 are traveling with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the lack of consent.
• The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
