The prices of extra tours may vary during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase are valid for extra tours.

Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may change.

 

• Important points to note during mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours: Men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. For mosque visits, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Important points to note in our Desert Safari tour: Wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink large amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Price changes may occur on extra tours depending on regional congestion or the season. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply on extra tours.
• In cases where hotels are sold as VB in the tour program, or when only category information is provided without a name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will meet the group at the destination to be visited; the included guide service only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, the guide service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The refund/cancellation status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and not including museum or historical site entrances.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out when local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, when roads on the route are closed due to any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in closed-road areas or places where vehicle access is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as VB. Availability at hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; no hotel name guarantee is given.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• As the relevant destination is processed in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• Since our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

 

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, and the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport, if their passport issue date is older than 10 years, must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or for any situation that may prevent boarding.
• For our passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present the passport showing that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of another visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been notified at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if a suitable room is available at the hotel, it will be blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a penalty is incurred for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa for another/other countries or not being able to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is outside the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join tours conducted on the route for the purpose of providing economy and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days as long as the content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may not be possible or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities to be visited or reached for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. In such cases, the airline’s rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Moreover, if going to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only complete the upgrade if there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight after their tickets are issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, to be able to use your mobile phone abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/incoming calls.
• When leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, either briefly or permanently, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 who travel with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• The General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
