• Prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply to extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may be changed.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• During Abu Dhabi tours, the following points should be observed during the mosque visit: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and a headscarf are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
• The points to consider on our Desert Safari tour are: wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from advantageous package tour prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are held with the participation of at least 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on local crowding or the season. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
• Since the hotels in the tour program are sold as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying the name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The refund status for the canceled extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours of up to 2-3 hours that do not include museum or archaeological site entries and are conducted with narration by the guide from inside the vehicle.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours when panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided; no guarantee is given for the hotel name.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since the relevant destination is processed in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity is applied the same
• Because our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations below must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a Republic of Turkey green passport have a passport issuance date older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, said passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to Republic of Turkey citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and for any situation that may prevent the flight.
• The documents required for our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) are normally provided within 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that the guest presents the passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa agency and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations were informed at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be given; if there is a suitable room in the hotel, the hotel makes the block according to availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellation or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests in the event of any penalty for not carrying travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry and exit to some countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/other countries or being unable to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası’ control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the economic and time benefit of the group accept waiting at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not conducted. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a round-trip single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such cases, the airline company’s rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by passengers. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for the new ticket themselves (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first-day program because the group departure was missed; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets with miles may only carry out the upgrade if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company after their tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference in the amount specified by the airline company and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
• When leaving briefly or completely from the transportation vehicles and hotels used during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 travel with their mother, a consent form must be obtained from their father; if they travel with their father, from their mother; and if they travel with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
