IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• Depending on regional density or the period, price changes may occur in extra tours. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without naming the hotel and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet the group at the destination; the guide service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be provided. During extra tours, a different guide may accompany our guests.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees, with panoramic narration from inside the vehicle. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide reception takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as specified. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program stated at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests together with the general conditions and obligations available below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If the issuance date of the passports of our guests who will travel with a Turkish green passport is older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• The validity of guests' passports must be at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the finalized visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and the resulting situation that may prevent the flight.
• Obtaining the documents required for our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that they did not use the visa no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa brokerage company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms; if there is a suitable room in the hotels, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for airline ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests are absolutely required to have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If any penalty is incurred due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering and leaving some countries may result in inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for one or more other countries; since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join tours carried out on the route, in order to save money and time for the group, agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to present the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required majority is not reached, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
• Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to perform these tours or excursions.
• The plane seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline's rules apply in the relevant case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information must be followed by the passengers. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for their new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, because they missed the group's departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets with miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after their tickets have been issued. Since the plane seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and then upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Türkiye, please check with your GSM operator whether your mobile phone line is open to international calls/incoming calls so that you can use your phone abroad. 
• When you briefly or completely leave the transportation vehicles you use during your trip and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 who travel with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, from their mother; and if they travel with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
