• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Depending on regional demand or the period, price changes may occur for extra tours. For extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must notify the guide at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or changes to extra tours. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and archaeological site entries. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program in cases where local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible to carry out the tour. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transportation or on foot at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Guide meet-and-greet in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale, etc. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Because our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, together with the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise despite this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport, if their passport issue date is older than 10 years, must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or may not be able to fly from Turkey by the airline company. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, said passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and for this situation, which may prevent flight.
• The documents required for our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests need to arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• In the event that the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department, and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the flight may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER has purchased the tour ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if a suitable room is available in the hotels, blocking is made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they face the relevant penalty for not carrying travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/other country(s), and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not want to participate in tours conducted along the route for the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If a sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be carried out or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or traveled to by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the departure and return are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited as well. The airline company's rules apply in this case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket by paying for it themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, because they missed the group's departure, they may miss part or all of the first day's program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only carry out the upgrade process if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company after their tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline company and move the ticket from group class to the economy class to which it can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for overseas calls/being called.
• While briefly leaving or fully leaving the transportation vehicles you use during your trip and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; if they travel with a third person, they must obtain consent from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
