• To benefit from the advantageous package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is given without specifying the name in the tour program and/or there are optional choices for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination; the guide service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation or change to extra tours. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be performed due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot in closed roads or at points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be ready at the hotel reception where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as specified. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We advise guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general conditions and obligations available below must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with the Republic of Turkey green passport have a passport issue date older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted by the destination country and/or may not be flown from Turkey by the airline company. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the aforementioned passports must be renewed, and if the destination country applies visas to Republic of Turkey citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa and for this situation that may prevent the flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their visa themselves, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport showing that they did not use the visa no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa agency and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the plane may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if a suitable room is available at the hotel, a block is made by the hotel depending on availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or change of airline tickets caused by incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests are absolutely required to have an international travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a penalty is incurred because the travel insurance is not carried, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry to and exit from some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/one or more countries or to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' area of control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join tours on the route in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra visit is finished. At the end of the visit, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are arranged with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
• Trips or tours that are not permitted to be visited or undertaken by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these trips or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline company's rules apply in such a case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). Also, because the group has missed its departure, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. In addition, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant airline company's flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to upgradeable economy class. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/incoming calls.
• Please make sure you take all your belongings with you when briefly or fully leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both mother and father if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
