• To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices of extra tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply.
• When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the return airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such cases, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of no more than 2–3 hours, organized to provide a general introduction to the cities, conducted panoramically with the guide's commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological-site entrances.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as examples. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old or worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations cannot be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• As our package tours are intended for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

• At the time of reservation, guests must be informed of the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or the airline may not allow them to fly from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Any obstacle arising otherwise is the guests' responsibility.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa whenever it deems necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility for a passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only undertakes the role of intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no liability or obligation regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting circumstance that could prevent travel.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable.
• There may be changes to routes depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and a similar alternative hotel may be provided because hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be allocated according to availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with two adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown in the travel passport, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after it, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry into or exit from certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. As this is beyond Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties acknowledge that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such cases.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in excursions organized along the route for the benefit of the group in terms of cost and time agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative available. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the failure of these excursions or tours to take place.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited. The airline's rules apply in this case.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by passengers. If a flight is missed due to such a circumstance or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense. The guest may also miss part or all of the first day's program by missing the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. If the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an upgradeable economy class. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for making and receiving calls abroad in order to use your mobile phones overseas.
• When briefly or permanently leaving the means of transportation you use during your trip or the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent form from their father; traveling with their father, from their mother; and traveling with a third person, from both parents. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
