• Points to note during the Mosque Visit on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings, or shorts. Long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to note on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices provided by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
• When the reservation is processed as VB in the tour program, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will welcome guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the extra tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrances.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place when local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide welcomes guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases are made in USD in the relevant destination, the USD–EUR parity is applied equally.
• As our package tours are intended for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to inform guests of the tour program stated, as well as the general terms and obligations set out below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they will visit and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests’ passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting obstacle belongs to the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility whatsoever if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only undertakes the role of intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no liability or obligation regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be blocked by the hotel subject to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate dining room.
• During the reservation/registration process, the first and last name as written in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
• Whether or not obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties acknowledge that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the failure to conduct such excursions or tours.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in such cases.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to an upgrade-eligible economy class. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for calls to and from abroad.
• When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may, when force majeure events occur or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, provided that the content of the program is not altered.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under the age of 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain a notarized consent document from their father; if they travel with their father, from their mother; and if they travel with a third person, from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent document.
• The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
