**Concert tickets cannot be canceled or refunded, and in case of cancellation (including the free cancellation period of the reservation), a deduction of 300 EUR net per person will be applied. **

**Tickets are in the Golden Circle category and there is an age limit of 16+. **

• Points to be observed during Mosque Visits on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear strappy tops, miniskirts, leggings or shorts; and long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be observed on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
• When the program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be operated when local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as hotels, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed using old-style currency that banks will not accept.
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
• As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations set out below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or the airline company may not allow them to fly from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting issue is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no liability or obligation regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting issue that may prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas, such as hotel confirmations and flight tickets, takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if a suitable room is available at the hotel, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is imposed because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or exiting certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or multiple countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties acknowledge that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits during the visit agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be operated or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be operated. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be operated.
• Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The rules of the relevant airline apply in such cases.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must monitor this information themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (as stated in the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from that of the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the departure of the tour.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for making/receiving international calls.
• When temporarily or permanently leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a letter of consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
• The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
