**Concert tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and in the event of cancellation (including during the free cancellation period of the reservation), a deduction of 150 EUR per person net will be applied. **

**Tickets are in the General Admission category and there is an age limit of 16+. **

• Points to be considered during the Mosque Visit on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts; and long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be considered on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will be valid for extra tours.
• In cases where arrangements are made as VB in the tour program, or where only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund terms of the extra tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the stated kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time of the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided, and the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order not to be affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since extra tour purchases are processed in USD at the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
• Since our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations set out below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no obligation or responsibility for individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly, taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport as proof that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will block one subject to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine incurred due to not carrying travel insurance belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this is outside Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties acknowledge that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to provide the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days or may not take place due to weather conditions, provided that their content remains unchanged. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
• Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and flights are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically cancelled. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before performing the upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls.
• During your travel, when temporarily or permanently leaving the means of transportation you use or the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a consent letter from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
