• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If the required number is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may be changed.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• Points to pay attention to during mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours; men should not wear shorts, women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts, and for mosque visits a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to pay attention to on our Desert Safari tour; wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Price changes may occur on extra tours depending on regional density or the period. For extra tours, the prices at the time of sale by the guide will apply.
• Since the hotels are sold in the tour program as VB, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour in cases where they are provided only with category information without a name and/or where there are options for the same destination.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination, and the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The refund status of the canceled extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities and are up to 2-3 hours long, carried out panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours when panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program cannot be conducted due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the relevant day and time, roads on the route being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation procedures will not be carried out with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since the relevant destination is processed in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• Since our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program stated at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise despite this information being provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with the Republic of Turkey green passport, if their passport issue date is older than 10 years, must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa and any situation that may prevent the flight.
• Obtaining the documents required for our passengers who will apply for their visa themselves (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that the guest submits their passport showing that the visa was not used, no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes according to the city where the plane will land. It is possible for the aircraft type and time to change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been stated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if a suitable room is available at the hotel, blocking is done by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they face such a penalty due to not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering and exiting certain countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa for another/other countries or not being able to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not want to participate in tours carried out on the route, in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. When the excursion ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be carried out or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or carried out by local authorities for any reason are not conducted. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and they are issued as a round-trip single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be burned. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, due to missing the group departure, the guest may miss part or all of the first day's program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. However, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued and only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the desired ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
• During short-term or complete departures from the means of transportation and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third person must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
