• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may change.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• During mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours, the following should be observed: Men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. For mosque visits, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
• For our Desert Safari tour, please note: wear sporty and comfortable clothes and bring a cardigan. Do not eat heavy meals before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, waist, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation falls below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on local crowding or the season. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
• Since the hotels in the tour program are processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, you must be present at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The refund status of the canceled extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and last at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or site entrance fees.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be performed because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be present at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Hotel availability may change during peak season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; hotel name guarantee is not given.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases are made in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied the same way
• Since our package tours are for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, together with the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issue date of their passport is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, the mentioned passports must be renewed, and if the country in question requires visas for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for this situation causing an obstacle to the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, the preparation of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after subtracting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa by their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, routes may vary. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been reported at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if there is a suitable room in the hotel, blockings are made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast provided in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellation or changes arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they face a fine because they do not have their travel insurance with them.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering and exiting some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/one or more countries or to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is beyond Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties agree that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join the tours on the route, which are carried out for the economic and time benefit of the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. When the excursion ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may not take place or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or carried out by local authorities for any reason are not operated. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, as they missed the group's departure, they may partially or completely miss the program of the first day; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may do so only after their tickets have been issued and only if there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, even if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/incoming calls.
• Please make sure that you have collected all your belongings when briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles you use during your trip and the hotels where you stay.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 are traveling with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
