• To benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. In extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• In cases where, in the tour program, only category information is provided without specifying a hotel name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km’s. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program when the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible for the tour to take place. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are international, foreign language knowledge is the responsibility of the guests.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must have the general conditions and obligations below communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise from the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago, must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, said passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any issue that may prevent boarding.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that the guest presents their passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa agency and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if a suitable room exists in the hotels, the hotel makes a block according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty charges for cancellation or changes of airline tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests in case they face the relevant penalty for not carrying travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or enter through a border gate for another/other countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası’ control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not want to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to benefit the group economically and save time accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or they may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not be possible or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or attended by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The plane seats in our programs are group seats, and they are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in the relevant case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, since the group’s departure has been missed, the first day’s program may be missed partially or completely; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only carry out the upgrade process if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after their tickets are issued. Since the plane seats in our programs are group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for outgoing/incoming international calls.
• When leaving the transportation vehicles used during your trip or the hotels where you stay, whether briefly or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
