• To benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on the density of the region or the period. In extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• In cases where only category information is given without naming the hotel(s) in the tour program, and/or where alternatives are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will inform you 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, without museum or site entrance fees. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out when local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, when roads on the route are closed due to any event, or when weather conditions make it impossible to carry out the tour. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
• Guide reception in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be present at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend not exchanging large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are abroad-oriented, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations available below must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if the issue date of their passport is older than 10 years, must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flight from Turkey may not be carried out by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or this situation that may prevent flight.
• The documents required for our passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests need to arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport showing that they did not use the visa no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa brokerage company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane lands, route changes may occur. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if a suitable room exists in the hotels, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport to be traveled with must be provided and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes of plane tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they face such a penalty for not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or leaving some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/other country or to enter from the border gate, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join tours conducted along the route for the sake of economy and time efficiency for the group accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour is over. When the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or undertaken for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a round-trip single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be lost. In such cases, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item) at their own expense. In addition, due to missing the group’s departure, they may miss part or all of the first day's program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to have their plane tickets upgraded with miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued and only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and then upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. The price difference that arises in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open to overseas calling/being called.
• When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 who travel with their mother must obtain consent from their father, if they travel with their father from their mother, and if they travel with a third person from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent of the tour program.
