• To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Optional tours are operated with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the optional tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Depending on regional demand or the season, prices for optional tours may change. The prices in effect at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for optional tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying hotel names and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or change to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the optional tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km limits. In such cases, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted panoramically with guide narration from the vehicle, lasting up to 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program when the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, when roads on the route are closed due to any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• Guide meet-and-greet in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may change during peak season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made with old-type currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a Republic of Turkey green passport have a passport issuance date older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Republic of Turkey citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. For personal visa applications, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for this issue potentially preventing travel.
• For passengers who apply for their visa on their own, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/will not join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the tour agreement, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that the guest proves, with their passport, that they have not used the visa within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa agency and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These conditions have been communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if a suitable room is available at the hotel, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered at hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for ticket cancellation or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they encounter the relevant penalty for not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa for another/one or more countries or not being allowed to enter at the border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası’ control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to participate in tours on the route, organized in order to provide the group with economic and time benefits, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the additional excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and additional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Additional tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, additional tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited or carried out for any reason are not performed. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to perform these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and they are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically lost. In such cases, the rules of the airline apply.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). Also, since the group’s departure was missed, the first day’s program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets with miles may do so only after their tickets have been issued and only if there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and have the ticket upgraded from group class to an upgradable economy class. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/incoming calls.
• When leaving briefly or completely from the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third party, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of the consent form.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
