***Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If a sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be held or there may be a price change.
 

• During mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours, the following should be observed: Men should not wear shorts; women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; for mosque visits, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
• The points to pay attention to on our Desert Safari tour are: Wear sporty and comfortable clothing, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal or drink too much water before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, and pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with the participation of a minimum of 20 people. If participation is below 20 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. In extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid.
• Since the hotels in the tour program are processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or change to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may change depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be made because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Availability at hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; hotel name guarantee is not given.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since the relevant destination is processed in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD - EUR parity is applied the same
• Since our package tours are abroad-oriented, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program stated at the time of reservation, and the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passport if the passport issue date is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; the said passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and the resulting situation that may prevent the flight.
• The documents required by our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) are normally provided within 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest received their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department, and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, after the guest proves with their passport that they have not used the visa no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date, they may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are given depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms, and if there is an appropriate room at the hotels, a block is made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to report and enter into the system the first name, surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport to be traveled with. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests are definitely required to have an overseas travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they encounter a penalty for not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or leaving some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/one or more countries or to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted on the route in order to provide economy and time benefits to the group accept to wait with the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our excursion will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If a sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be held or there may be a price change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or traveled to by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and they are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such a case, the rules of the airline apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). Also, because the group has missed departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. In addition, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may only do so if there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight after their tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, the difference specified by the airline may need to be paid and the ticket may need to be upgraded from group class to upgradable economy class. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/being called.
• When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
