• In order to benefit from discounted travel package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If there is participation of less than 10 people, the tour prices may change or be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may vary due to regional density or periods. Prices valid when purchasing the extra tours will be applicable.
• In cases where only category information is provided without naming hotels, and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the excursion.
• Our guide will meet at the destination. The guiding service is only included for panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. In case extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of the cancellation or changes of extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary based on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at a distance greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be given by BTB Tours 2 days prior to the departure date of the tour.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized to promote the overall introduction of cities, conducted with a panoramic narration by the guide from within the vehicle, and do not include entrance to museums or historic sites, and usually last approximately 2-3 hours.
• Due to the local authorities closing places or the weather conditions or any events, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the tours. Some tours may be conducted through public transport or walking if vehicles cannot access certain areas.
• In our tour programs, the guide will meet the guests upon arrival at the airport. For return transfers, guests should be ready at the hotel reception before the time provided by the guide.
• Hotels mentioned in the program are subject to availability during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be offered in place of the original.
• We recommend our guests not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/worn currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old style currencies that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are aimed at overseas travel, guests are responsible for their foreign language proficiency.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from the provided information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or airlines may not perform their flights from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility falls on the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held liable in any way.
• In order to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, and if the destination country requires visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, it's the guest's responsibility.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa in cases it deems necessary. BTB TOURS bears no responsibility regarding the inability of the passenger to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no sanctions and responsibilities.
• When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any typos in the visa that may impede the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for the visa themselves, the provision of the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly, considering this period. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible inconveniences.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service is indicated as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation, the guest can receive a refund of the amount remaining after the consulate fees and similar amounts, presented with their passport after the visa expiration date, provided they have not used the visa within the one-week timeframe. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Changes in the routes may occur depending on the city where the plane will land. Changes in aircraft type and flight times are possible, and hotel availability may change during high season or special periods; therefore, similar hotels may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of the contract, and the GUEST HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided based on the hotel's availability. An extra bed is used in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. Guarantees cannot be made for 3 separate beds in triple rooms, but if a suitable room is available at the hotel, it will be blocked according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• Hotels offer a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the traveling passport. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests must have travel and health insurance that begins one day before their travel date and ends one day after the travel date, regardless of whether they obtain it from BTB TOURS or elsewhere, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may face fines from local police. The responsibility for any fines faced due to lack of insurance lies with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having traveled to some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another country or the inability to enter at border crossings; it is acknowledged that BTB TOURS is not responsible for such situations.
• In order to provide economic and time efficiency for the group, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the end of the tour. After the tour is completed, our bus will pick up these guests, and our excursion will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized to promote the cities. City tours and extra excursions can be scheduled on different days and are subject to change because of weather conditions or other factors. In such cases, BTB TOURS is required to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority cannot be achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or the prices may change.
• Tours that are not permitted by local authorities cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such tours.
• Seat assignments on flights in our programs are group reservations, and round trips are organized as a single ticket. Missing the departure flight and/or not utilizing it may automatically invalidate the return flight. In such cases, the airline’s rules are applicable.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information panels/screen at airports. These details should be monitored by individuals. In such cases or due to personal reasons, if a flight is missed, the guest must purchase a new ticket (based on the previous item, if necessary, as a round trip) at their own expense. Additionally, if they miss the opening program of the first day due to missing their group, they may miss it partially or completely; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if different flights are taken to reach the city/country, the transfer from the airport to the city or between the city and hotel is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, based on availability in the relevant flight with the airline. Since the seat assignments in our programs are from the group category, guests are required to pay any additional fees indicated by the airline prior to upgrading to a bookable economy class, provided there is availability. This price difference will be the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are typically issued a few days before departure.
• Guests should check with their GSM operator before leaving Turkey to ensure their mobile phones are enabled for international calls while abroad.
• During your journey, when using transport vehicles and while leaving your accommodation, please ensure that you take all your belongings with you.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program without altering the content of the program, due to force majeure or in circumstances where it deems necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items left behind, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 years of age must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third person. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot be completed due to lack of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
