• To benefit from advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices of extra tours may vary due to regional density or periods. The prices valid during the purchase of extra tours will be the ones mentioned by the guide.
• In cases where the tour program only provides category information without specifying the names, and/or there are optional options for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Our programs include a guide during the city tour at the destination, and the inclusive guiding service only covers panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes of extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted with a guide's narration from within the vehicle, not including admission to museums or ancient sites, for a maximum of 2-3 hours.
• Panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program may not be carried out due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities, blockage of roads on the route due to any event, or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible. BTB Tours is not responsible for these situations. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, if feasible, at points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Our tour programs include a guide meeting at the arrival airport. During return transfers, guests are required to be ready at the reception of their accommodation before the time given by the guide.
• Hotels mentioned in the program are offered for sale as is. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by currency fluctuations. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old-style currency that banks will not accept.
• As our package tours are directed abroad, it is the responsibility of the guests to have their foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest accepts that they have read and agreed to all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport whose passport issue date is older than 10 years must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or the airline may not conduct their flights from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger; BTB TOURS cannot assume any liability.
• Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged may cause issues with customs at the border of the country to be visited; therefore, the mentioned passports should be renewed, and if the country T.C. citizens are visiting requires a visa, the related visa should be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Passengers' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any impediment would be the responsibility of the guests.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between passengers and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse a visa in cases it deems necessary; BTB TOURS has no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no sanctions or responsibilities in personal visa applications. Consumers have accepted these terms by registering for the tour.
• BTB TOURS must ensure that the information on the visa is correct and must be verified by the guest. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors in writing on the visa that may hinder flight.
• Passengers who will apply for their visas themselves should note that obtaining the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests should plan their appointment dates and times with this timeframe in mind. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not liable for any inconveniences.
• If a guest cancels their reservation or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was indicated as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour for reasons such as insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount excluding fees paid to the consulates for visa and similar charges, provided the guest presents their passport to demonstrate they did not use the visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa by their own means, or with the help of a different visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour for reasons such as insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made.
• Route changes may occur depending on the city where the aircraft will land. The aircraft type and time may change; as hotels may vary due to high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee for three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided; blocking will be done by the hotel as per availability.
• Child discounts apply only for children staying with two adults.
• Hotels provide continental breakfast, which is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to inform and enter the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the traveling passport. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Liability for any cancellation fees or changes in plane tickets due to incorrect information rests with the guest.
• Guests must have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, whether it is obtained from BTB TOURS or not, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police of the relevant country. The responsibility for any penalties incurred due to not carrying travel insurance lies with the guests.
• Due to inter-country diplomatic relations, entering and exiting some countries may cause inability to obtain a visa for one/multiple countries or to be unable to enter through border control, and this situation, as it is not under the control of BTB TOURS, is accepted by the parties that BTB TOURS has no responsibility.
• To benefit the group in terms of economy and duration, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the tour is completed. The bus will pick up these guests at the end of the tour and continue our journey.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra tours may be conducted on different days with the condition that the content does not change or may not be realized depending on weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required majority is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or prices may change.
• Tours that local authorities do not permit to visit cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for any inability to conduct these tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are allocated as group seats and are arranged as a single ticket for the round trip. In the event of missing or not using the outbound flight, the return flight may also automatically be canceled. In this case, the rules of the airline company apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. Guests should follow these announcements. In the case of missing the flight due to such reasons or personal causes, the guest must obtain their new ticket (if necessary as a round trip according to the previous item) at their own expense. Also, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, in case of different flights to the city/country, the guest is responsible for the transfer from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets are issued, provided that there is availability in the respective airline's flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, before upgrading to any available economy class, the price difference specified by the airline must be paid. The responsibility for the price difference that may arise rests with the guest. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departs.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls.
• During your travels, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings when leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline with which flights will be made without altering the program content due to force majeure or necessary conditions.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for any items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Guests under the age of 18 must obtain a consent letter from their father if they are traveling with their mother, or from their mother if they are traveling with their father, or from both parents if traveling with a third party. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for any failures to fly due to the absence of consent letters.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
