• In order to benefit from the advantageous package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on the density of the region or the period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide on extra tours will apply.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and last at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, without museum or archaeological site entries.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the sites to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not allowed.
• Guide meet-and-greet in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as specified. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are international, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general conditions and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport have passports issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or may not be flown from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; the said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and this situation that may prevent the flight.
• The documents needed by our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) are obtained in 1 business day under normal conditions. Our guests should arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, after the guest presents the passport proving that the visa was not used within at most 1 week from the visa expiry date, they may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were reported at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if there is a suitable room in the hotel, the hotel blocks it according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests are absolutely required to have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If any penalty is encountered for not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or enter at the border gate for another/other countries, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted on the route to provide economy and time benefits to the group accept waiting for the group in a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our excursion will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to our valued guests. Extra tours are arranged with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be carried out or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not allowed by local authorities to be visited or carried out for any reason will not be conducted. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and they are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. In such cases, the rules of the airline apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain the new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, as the group's departure may be missed, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Moreover, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only do so after their tickets are issued and only if there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/being called.
• When leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, whether for a short time or permanently, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; if they travel with a third person, they must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
