At Istanbul Airport's International Terminal, please be present at the Turkish Airlines counter at 04:40 AM. After completing the check-in procedures at the airport, we will depart to the exotic vacation destination of Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt at 07:40 AM on the Turkish Airlines scheduled flight TK 700. We will arrive at the local time of 10:20 and then proceed to our hotel.

You will be visited by our guide at the hotel and informed about the tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. The rest of the day is for you to enjoy the activities in the hotel and savor the unique sea. Guests who wish can participate in additional tours that will be organized. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In order to benefit from the advantageous package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
  • Extra tours are realized with a minimum of 15 participants. If there are fewer than 15 participants, the tour prices may be subject to change, or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
  • There may be price changes for extra tours depending on regional density or periods. Prices during the sale of extra tours will be valid at the time of purchasing.
  • In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in our programs, and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion.
  • In our programs, the guide will be present at the destination, the included guide service only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
  • Guests must notify the guide of any extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours prior. The cancellation and refund status for the requested extra tours will depend on the final decision of the local supplier.
  • During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used beyond the indicated kilometers. In such cases, information will be given by BTB Tours two days before the tour date.
  • Panoramic city tours included in our package only cover the general introduction of cities and are organized as panoramic tours done from the vehicle without entrance to museums or ancient sites, with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours.
  • Panoramic tours and other stated tours may not be conducted due to closure of the visited sites by local authorities, road closures along the route due to any event, or weather conditions. In such cases, BTB Tours shall not be held responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot when possible, if road closure or vehicle entry restrictions apply.
  • In our tour programs, the guide will meet the guests at the arriving airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they are staying beforehand, according to the time provided by the guide.
  • The hotels mentioned in the program are offered for sale. Availability in hotels may vary during peak seasons or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
  • We advise our guests not to exchange large amounts of currency in order to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/Worn banknotes are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old currency that banks will not accept.
  • Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, the guests are responsible for their own foreign language proficiency.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Guests traveling with T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be refused entry to the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS bears no liability.
  • To avoid issues with the customs police at the border of the country due to torn, worn out, wet and/or damaged passports; it is necessary to renew those passports, and if the visitors are T.C. citizens requiring a visa, the visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Passengers' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any issues are the passenger's responsibility.                     
  • BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary; BTB TOURS has no liability regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no restrictions or responsibilities. Consumers have accepted these terms upon registering for the tour.
  • For passengers who will apply for their visas themselves, the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests need to adjust their appointment dates and times considering this timeframe. Otherwise, BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for any potential inconveniences.
  • In the event of cancellation of the passenger's reservation and/or the passenger's non-participation in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the passenger obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department, and if this visa service is indicated as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the passenger may receive the balance amount, aside from the consular fees and similar fees paid for the visa, if they present their passport stating that they have not used their visa within a week after the visa expiration date. If the passenger obtained their visa independently or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary firm, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refunds will be made to the passenger.
  • Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. It is possible for the flight schedule and type to change, and this situation has been notified at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
  • Three-person rooms are provided based on hotel availability. In three-person rooms, there will be extra bed applications, and the third bed is smaller than standard beds. In rooms for three people, no guarantee is provided for three separate beds, and if there are rooms suitable for this at hotels, these are blocked by the hotel according to availability.
  • Child discounts are only valid for children accompanying two adults.
