• In order to benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• For extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. For extra tours, the prices valid at the time of sale by the guide will apply.
• When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name, and/or there are optional hotels for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of any extra tour cancellation or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, with guide narration from inside the vehicle and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours when panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted on the day and time they coincide with due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities, roads on the route being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are abroad-oriented, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, as well as the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport have a passport issue date older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only undertakes the role of intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, acting as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, applies for a visa, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and for this situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their own visa, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department, and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, after the guest proves that the visa was not used by presenting the passport no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date, the amount paid for the visa and similar charges to the consulates may be refunded except for the fees. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The plane type and time may change, and because hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations have been notified at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if a suitable room exists in the hotel, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport to be traveled with must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they are subject to such a penalty because they do not carry their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/one or more countries or to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to join tours conducted along the route, in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be possible or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason to be visited or traveled to are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airplane seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be voided as well. In such a case, the rules of the airline company apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for their new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the program for the first day due to missing the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Moreover, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to have their flight tickets upgraded with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided that availability exists on the relevant airline's flight. Since the airplane seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if available, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an upgradable economy class. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, to be able to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for overseas calls/being called.
• Please make sure that you have taken all your belongings completely when briefly or fully leaving the means of transport you use during your trip and the hotels where you stay.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 who are traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it.
