Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of the museums and historical sites to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as brief tours of a maximum of 2-3 hours, utilizing a vehicle and guided narration, and do not include museum or historical site admissions. In the event that the panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program on the same days and times, cannot be carried out due to local authorities not allowing visits or closed roads for any activity, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Wtatil cannot be held responsible for not being able to conduct the relevant tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot in places where road access is prohibited or not allowed. 7- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on participant numbers and the closure status of museums and historical sites while adhering to the content of our tours. This applies in cases of changes in flight times as well. 8- Important considerations for tours to be conducted by Speed Boats include: not eating heavy meals immediately before boarding the boat and not drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, or pregnant guests must inform their guides about their conditions. 9- There will be no refunds for not participating in the services included in the prices stated regarding tours or meal services. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and in the event of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention will apply. 11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of flight time changes/cancellations while purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 13- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- The check-in and boarding processes required for those participating in flights are personal responsibilities, and these processes must be carried out by the guests themselves at the airports in advance, at the respective airline counters, or online through the airline's websites. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced vocally at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for those who are not present at the designated airport at the specified times in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these operations on time but do not board the plane. All expenses for guests who miss their flights for participating in the tour, including obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the visited area, etc., will be borne by them. 17- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage allowance may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For our guests who wish to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrade operations can be carried out depending on the airline's (check with your airline regarding your membership) availability after the tickets are issued. No guarantee of upgrade applies for every flight. Please check if the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class. 19- Meals and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges in some airlines. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept any responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by guests directly contacting the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 21- In cases where hotels are provided by category information without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are presented for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours before the departure of the trip. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In this case, Wtatil will inform guests 15 days before the date of the trip. 23- At the time of booking the purchased tour; the guest must correctly enter/report the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the passport into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty fee for any cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 24- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure your phone is activated for international use. 25- The check-in time for accommodation in hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Requests related to rooms (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be reported to the hotel by Wtatil. Every effort will be made to ensure that reserved rooms meet the guests' preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the hotel's availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- Breakfast served at hotels may vary from the rich breakfast traditionally offered in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. 28- Occasionally, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary. 29- Child and extra bed policies may vary by hotel and room type. 30- All types of extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability, and they must be approved by the hotel. 31- The maximum capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is one (1). 32- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is usually smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Extra beds consist of foldable beds and coach beds. Guests acknowledge that they have accepted the potential crowding and bed types in the standard room due to the additional beds required for reservations for triple rooms and/or those with children. 33- In hotel reservations, if the number of children to stay with adults and their ages are inaccurately declared by guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification for children. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only to the age group corresponding to the “single child” staying with two adults. 35- The currency exchange during the day will be reflected in the TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are applicable. Additional requests and extra services you receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges at the hotel and are not included in the purchase price. 36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes currently applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 37- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Traveling times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, roadworks, and conditions. 38- Wtatil may change the sequence of cities on the program and the main airline to be flown as necessary or as it deems appropriate, without altering the content of the program. 39- Personal items, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of the participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred during their delivery to the country and/or individual are the responsibility of the item owner. 40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any necessary medications and reports for any health issues. 41- For any extra expenses, at check-in, the hotel may request a government-issued photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit, which will be returned to the guest upon check-out and is solely between the hotel and the guest, with no intervention from Wtatil. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. 43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of the travel date. 44- To have an entry-exit stamp printed in your passport at customs/borders, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages. 45- The exemption from visa requirements for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean entry/exit is guaranteed as the border police have the authority to deny entry/ exit. Wtatil is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or hold dual citizenship and plan to participate in the tour using their other country’s passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures of the country they will travel to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 47- In order to avoid problems at the customs border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, passports must be renewed. Failing this, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 48- Minors under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of both parents upon entry/exit from the country by the authorities, so it is advised that guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter.
