• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.

• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may change.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• The points to be considered during the mosque visit on Abu Dhabi tours are: Men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
• The points to be considered in our Desert Safari tour are: Wear sporty and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat heavy meals or drink excessive amounts of water before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• In extra tours, in order to benefit from Advantageous Tour package prices, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of at least 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. In extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• Since processing in the tour program is carried out as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there is an option for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The included guiding service in the package covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, a different guide may accompany our guests. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary and not including museum or site entrances.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours when panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be held because places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide meet and greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and a guarantee of a specific hotel name is not given.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since the relevant destination is processed in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity is applied the same
• As our package tours are for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise from the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport have a passport issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not being able to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, acting as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, applies for a visa, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and for this situation that may prevent the flight.
• The documents required by our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, airline ticket, etc.) are normally obtained within 1 business day. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department, and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after presenting their unused visa with their passport no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date, excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa. If the guest obtained their visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane lands, there may be changes in routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if a suitable room exists in the hotels, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport to be traveled with must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any cancellation or change penalties for airline tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If they encounter such a penalty because they do not have their travel insurance with them, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry to and exit from some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/other countries or to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join tours conducted along the route for the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time agree to wait with the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is finished. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. In such cases, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, because the group flight was missed, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. However, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests who want to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only complete the upgrade if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets are issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, the difference amount specified by the airline may need to be paid and the ticket may need to be moved from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference that arises in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey so you can use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/being called.
• When leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you used during your trip, whether for a short period or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, from their mother; if they travel with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent of the tour program.
