IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply to extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide must meet you at the destination to be visited; the guidance service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guidance service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances, and are conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads along the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, if possible.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are sold as such. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, as well as the general terms and obligations below, must be conveyed to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• For our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport; if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago, the passport must be renewed. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• The validity of guests’ passports must be at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary. In personal visa applications, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or any situation that may prevent the flight.
• Obtaining the documents required for passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, routes may vary. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations are notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms; if such a room is available in the hotel, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name as it appears in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty costs of ticket cancellation or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If they are fined for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry to and exit from some countries may prevent obtaining a visa or entering through a border gate for another one/more countries. Since this situation is outside the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited or operated for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to perform such excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in this case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket, if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Moreover, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets using miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets are issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, the difference specified by the airline may need to be paid; the ticket may need to be changed from group class to economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the departure of the tour. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls. 
• When leaving the transportation vehicles you use during your trip or your hotels for a short time or completely, please make sure you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; if traveling with a third person, from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
