• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are arranged with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may be changed.

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• In Abu Dhabi tours, the points to be considered during the mosque visit are: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear strappy tops, mini skirts, leggings or shorts; and for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the points to be considered are: bringing sportswear and comfortable clothing, and a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• In order to benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid during the tour to the local agency representative.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. In the event of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• A price change may occur in extra tours depending on regional density or period. For extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• In cases where the tour program is processed as VB or only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip area transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, you must be at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, lasting up to 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entries.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be performed because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, within available means, be conducted by public transportation or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since the relevant destination is processed in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• Since our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must have the general terms and obligations below communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a Republic of Turkey green passport must renew their passport if the issue date of their passport is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; the mentioned passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstructive situation is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not being able to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate and applies for a visa, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa and for any situation that may prevent flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their visa themselves, the provision of the documents needed (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• No refund of the visa fee and service fee will be made if the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees paid to consulates for the visa and similar amounts, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa end date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if there is a suitable room in the hotels, the hotel makes a block reservation according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to flight tickets arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a penalty is encountered because the travel insurance is not carried, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering and leaving some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa or not being able to enter from the border gate for another/ several countries, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join tours made along the route, in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are arranged with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be carried out or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be lost as well. In this case, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In the event of missing the flight for such a reason or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket by paying for it themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first-day program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. However, if they travel to the city/country with a flight different from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may only carry out the upgrade process if availability exists on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets are issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, the difference amount specified by the airline may need to be paid first and the ticket may need to be changed from group class to an upgradable economy class. The price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to outgoing/incoming international calls.
• During your trip, when briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels you stay in, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 are traveling with their mother, consent must be obtained from the father; if traveling with their father, consent must be obtained from the mother; if traveling with a third person, consent must be obtained from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
