IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Price changes may occur in extra tours depending on regional density or season. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided without a name in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination you will go to; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation or change to extra tours. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and last at most 2-3 hours, carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, without museum or historical site entrance fees. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be operated due to local authorities closing the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide reception takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currencies that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are directed abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general conditions and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with the T.R. green passport must renew their passports if the issue date of their passport is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the correctness of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous spelling on the visa and the resulting situation that may prevent the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, the procurement of the required documents (hotel confirmation, airline ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• In case the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa agency and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The type and time of the plane may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were informed at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. 3-person rooms have an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms cannot be given; if such a room is available in the hotels, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter into the system the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for airline ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain them from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they are fined for not carrying travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/other countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties agree that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• In order for the tour to provide economic and time benefits to the group, our guests who do not want to join the tours carried out along the route accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not allowed by local authorities for any reason are not operated. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become invalid. In this case, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, due to missing the group departure, they may partially or completely miss the program on the first day; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided that availability exists on the relevant airline company's flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference determined by the airline company and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey, to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/being called. 
• When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, when force majeure occurs or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
