IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

  • In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour proceeds, guidance may be provided in English.

  • When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.

  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, your agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.

  • Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds referred to as folding beds and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible lack of space and bed type in rooms for third-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child staying with two adults and belonging to the applicable age group.

  • Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at the hotel are generally offered as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

  • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's commentary from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Fly Express shall not be held responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the sites on the relevant day and time, roads are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.

  • Since the tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You may confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.

  • Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing a domestic flight. If a guest purchases a domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independently of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency if the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a time change. The guest accepts in advance, upon purchasing the tour, all material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or modification of the tour.  Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.

  • In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.

  • Guests who join the tour without flights must arrive at the tour starting point using their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they must arrange all their transfers using their own means.

  • Fly Express is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but are unable to board the aircraft cannot take the flight. Guests who miss the flight are responsible for all costs related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets required to join the tour, transfers in the destination region and similar matters.

  • Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases and passports / identity cards, and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten, lost or stolen belongings. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and any expenses incurred during delivery are borne by the owner of the item.

  • In cases such as illness, loss or theft, since the integrity and continuation of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such adverse situations.

  • When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name as stated in the passport, date of birth and passport number correctly. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellation and change penalties resulting from incorrect information will be collected from you.

  • On some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to a fee.

  • Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed when using the bus during the tour.

  • During our tours, the times announced by our guide to guests are the departure times, meaning the time when the vehicle's wheels start turning. Our guide, who is responsible for ensuring the equal rights of all guests, will depart the vehicle at the meeting times without waiting. In case a guest is late, they must reach the next stop using their own means.

  • Optional tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive services, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not take place, or optional excursion prices, content and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and on weather conditions. Guests may be accompanied by a different guide during optional tours.

  • In our classic packages, where optional tours are not included, optional tours are subject to the participant's preference and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the optional tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the optional tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.

  • In programs where optional tours are included, museum and archaeological site entrance fees must be paid to your agency during reservation or to the guide during the tour.

  • The participant accepts in advance that they will join the tours to be organized as specified in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and that they will separately pay the tour representative during the trip the amount previously announced in the tour program for expenses such as local guides, museum and archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes and, if applicable, headset audio systems. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.

  • When only category information is provided and/or alternative information is available for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the trip departure.

  • Fly Express is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change before the current trip and flight. Fly Express is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

  • There is no visa requirement for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.

  • Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they intend to visit and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

  • The visa information specified in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Türkiye must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.

  • Passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

  • To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

  • Since guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent may be asked by police officers at entry and exit points for a document showing the joint consent of both parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay particular attention to this matter.
