IMPORTANT NOTES
-
Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation cannot be reached for the trip, the final cancellation notification deadline is 21 days before the tour departure. A tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
-
In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour still takes place, guidance may be provided in English.
-
When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when alternatives are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
-
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, your agency will provide information 48 hours before the tour departure date.
-
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in these rooms the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Additional beds consist of beds known as foldaway beds and coach beds; therefore, Tour Participants and/or those making reservations for children are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible limited space and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for one child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the applicable age group. A bed is not guaranteed for children aged 0–2.
-
Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu called a continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee; for groups, they may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.
-
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum and archaeological site entrance fees. Fly Express is not responsible if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations on the corresponding day and at the scheduled time, because roads are closed due to any event, or when weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
-
Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive services, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or extra excursion prices, content and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and on weather conditions.
-
Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
-
When only category information is provided and/or alternative information is available for the same destination, you may learn the hotel(s) at which you will stay 48 hours before the trip departure.
-
Since the tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. The updated times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.
-
Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing a domestic flight. If a guest purchases a domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independently of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency if the trip is cancelled by the agency or if there is a time change. The guest accepts in advance, at the time of purchasing the tour, all material and non-material losses that may arise due to the cancellation or alteration of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this.
-
In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.
-
Guests joining the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point using their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will arrange all their transfers using their own means.
-
Fly Express is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but cannot board the aircraft are unable to take the flight. All expenses related to obtaining the necessary new round-trip airline tickets for guests who miss the flight to join the tour, transfers in the destination region and similar matters are their own responsibility.
-
Personal belongings, bags, luggage and passports / identity documents of persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility, and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen belongings. If forgotten belongings are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and any expenses incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the owner of the belongings.
-
In cases such as illness, loss or theft, since the integrity and continuation of the group are the primary concerns for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such adverse situations.
-
When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name appearing in the passport, date of birth and passport number correctly. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellation and amendment penalty fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
-
Food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to a fee on some airlines.
-
During the tour, a seat number cannot be guaranteed when traveling by bus.
-
During our tours, the times announced by our guide to guests as departure times are the times when the vehicle's wheels begin to turn. Our guide, who is responsible for ensuring equal consideration of all guests' rights, will move the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. In the event of a delay, the late guest must reach the next stop using their own means.
-
Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive services, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
-
In our classic packages, where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
-
For programs in which extra tours are included, museum & archaeological site entrance fees must be paid to your agency during the reservation or to the guide during the tour.
-
The Participant agrees in advance to participate in the tours to be organized as specified in the tour program, not to disrupt the program, and to pay separately to the tour representative during the trip the amount previously communicated in the tour program for payments relating to expenses such as local guides, museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes and, where applicable, headphone audio systems. The Participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
-
Fly Express is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. Fly Express is obliged to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
-
There is no visa requirement for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.
-
Guests traveling with a Republic of Türkiye green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
-
The visa information stated in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Türkiye must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
-
Passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this; responsibility lies with the passenger.
-
To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country imposes a visa requirement on citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
-
As guests under the age of 18 may be asked by the police officer on duty at entry and exit points to provide a document showing the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents take special care regarding this matter.
