Day 1 ISTANBUL – NAIROBI We meet at Istanbul Airport at the international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Nairobi begins on Turkish Airlines scheduled service. Day 2 NAIROBI – MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK Following our midnight arrival in Nairobi, we move to our private bus waiting for us at the airport and head to our hotel. Accommodation is at our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, our journey to Masai Mara National Park begins. As we enter Masai Mara, the breathtaking sight of endless grasslands stretching as far as the eye can see greets us immediately. On our safari tour with 4x4 Land Cruisers, we will cross the rugged terrain in special safari vehicles, guided by expert rangers who know this land like the back of their hands. In the midst of this wild and natural life, we will have the chance to witness up close the Great Migration, as millions of animals move to different lands in search of greener pastures. After the tour, transfer to our safari camp in Masai Mara and free time to rest. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp. Day 3 MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK – MASAI MARA VILLAGE After breakfast at our safari camp, we set off in our 4x4 Land Cruisers for our Big Five safari tour. During the tour, we will marvel at lions, leopards, and cheetahs roaming the savannah in search of their next meal, and their magnificent presence will leave us in awe of the cycle of life. Our safari in Masai Mara will take us to hidden watering holes where elephants gather to quench their thirst and hippos wallow in cool waters. Together, we will observe the delicate balance of ecosystems and the interconnectedness of all living things, and admire the wonders of the natural world. On our safari tour, we will have the opportunity to see the Big Five: Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant, and Buffalo. In the midst of this wild and natural life, we will have the chance to witness up close the Great Migration, as millions of animal species move to different lands in search of greener pastures. Afterwards, we head to our Masai Mara Village tour, home to the Masai, one of Africa’s ancient tribes. The spirit of Masai Mara is adventure, discovery, and deep respect for the wild. Together, we will immerse ourselves in the rich cultural heritage of the Masai people, learn about their traditions, customs, and deep connection to the land. After the tour, transfer to our safari camp in Masai Mara and free time to rest. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp. Day 4 MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK – SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK After breakfast at our safari camp, we head to Serengeti National Park. As soon as we set foot in Serengeti, the vastness of the plains and the breathtaking beauty of Africa’s wilderness immediately captivate us. Located in northern Tanzania and extending to southwestern Kenya, Serengeti is undoubtedly one of the most iconic and breathtaking ecosystems on the planet. This vast savannah grassland, adorned with acacia trees and rocky outcrops, is famous for its extraordinary biodiversity and awe-inspiring wildlife spectacles. Spanning approximately 30,000 square kilometers, Serengeti is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its landscape consists of various habitats such as grasslands, woodlands, river forests, and kopjes (granite rock formations), each playing an important role in sustaining its rich wildlife population. Upon arrival at Serengeti National Park, transfer to our Safari Lodge and free time to rest. Dinner and accommodation at our safari lodges. Day 5 SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK After breakfast at our Safari Lodges, our safari tour begins with our 4x4 Land Cruisers. Together, under the guidance of expert guides with the necessary equipment and knowledge about this extraordinary ecosystem, we will cross the rugged terrain in special safari vehicles. We will marvel at the magnificent presence of lions, leopards, and cheetahs, whose powerful presence reminds us of the raw beauty and untamed strength of the African wilderness. We will feel as if we are part of a National Geographic documentary. In the midst of this wild and natural life, we will have the chance to witness up close the Great Migration, as millions of animal species move to different lands in search of greener pastures. After the tour, transfer to our Safari Lodges in Serengeti and free time to rest. Dinner and accommodation at our Safari Lodges. Day 6 SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK – NGORONGORO CRATER After breakfast at our Safari Lodges, we set off toward Ngorongo. Upon arrival, our Ngorongoro Crater safari tour begins. As we descend into Ngorongoro Crater, the breathtaking sight of the world’s largest uninterrupted caldera greets us. Together, we will marvel at the vastness of this natural amphitheater, carved over millions of years by ancient volcanic forces and now home to an astonishing array of wildlife. Ngorongoro Crater is not only a geological wonder; it is also a sanctuary for some of Africa’s most iconic animals. Together, we will have the opportunity to see herds of elephants roaming the grasslands, lions lounging in the shade of acacia trees, and flamingos shimmering on the soda lakes that adorn the crater floor. After the tour, transfer to our Lodges in Ngorongoro and free time to rest. Dinner and accommodation at our Safari Lodges. Day 7 NGORONGORO CRATER – ZANZIBAR After breakfast at our Safari Lodges, we transfer to Arusha Airport. Our flight to Zanzibar begins on local airlines. Upon arrival, we transfer to our private bus waiting for us at the airport. Located on the Tanzanian coast of the Indian Ocean, Zanzibar welcomes us with its turquoise ocean, white sandy beaches, and dazzling beauty. Its rich cultural heritage, striking natural beauty, and warm hospitality continue to captivate visitors from all over the world and invite them to discover the timeless charm of this island paradise. Afterwards, we will have the opportunity to explore the history of the island’s rich spice production. We will learn how various spices are grown and how they are used in Zanzibar cuisine and in the treatment of various ailments. Then transfer to our hotel in Zanzibar, free time to enjoy the sea, sand, and sun. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel. Day 8 ZANZIBAR After breakfast at the hotel, free time all day to enjoy the hotel facilities and the sea, sand, and sun. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel. Day 9 ZANZIBAR After breakfast at the hotel, free time all day to enjoy the hotel facilities and the sea, sand, and sun. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our tour program is organized subject to a minimum participation of 15 people.  If sufficient participation cannot be secured for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. A tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

  • In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is carried out, English-language guiding may be provided.

  • When hotels are listed only by category without specifying names in the tour program and/or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip.

  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, your agency will provide information 48 hours before the tour departure date.

  • Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of beds referred to as folding, opening-closing, and coach beds; therefore, tour participants in reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for one child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the relevant age group.

  • Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu called a continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee; for groups, they may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.

  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic 

  • tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be held if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations on the corresponding day and time, or if they cannot take place due to roads being closed because of any event; likewise, Fly Express is not responsible if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

  • Since the tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.

  • Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing a domestic flight. If a guest has purchased a domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independently of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency if the trip is cancelled by the agency or if there is a time change. The guest accepts in advance, upon purchasing the tour, all financial and non-financial losses that may arise due to the cancellation or modification of the tour.  Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation. 

  • In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip airline tickets is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.

  • Guests participating in the tour without flights must arrive at the tour starting point using their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for arranging all their transfers themselves.

  • Fly Express is not responsible if guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times communicated in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but cannot board the aircraft are unable to take their flight. All costs related to obtaining the necessary new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination region, etc., required for guests who miss their flight to join the tour, are their responsibility.

  • Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports / identity cards of persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility, and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. When forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and any costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the owner of the item. 

  • Since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential in cases such as illness, loss, or theft, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such adverse situations.

  • When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name appearing in the passport, date of birth, and passport number accurately. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellation and change penalties resulting from incorrect information will be collected from you.

  • On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to a fee.

  • During the tour, a seat number cannot be guaranteed when using the bus.

  • The times announced by our guide to guests during our tours are departure times, meaning the time the vehicle's wheels move. Our guide, who is responsible for ensuring the equal rights of all guests, will set the vehicle in motion at meeting times without waiting. In the event of a delay, a late guest must make their own way to the next stop.

  • The Participant hereby accepts in advance that they will participate in the tours to be organized as specified in the tour program, will not disrupt the program, and will separately pay the tour representative during the trip the amount previously stated in the tour program for payments related to expenses such as local guides, museum & archaeological site entrances, city taxes, and headset audio systems, if applicable. The Participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.

  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency with which we receive services, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, excursions may not take place, or extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and according to weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.

  • In our classic packages, where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.

  • In programs that include extra tours, museum & archaeological site entrance fees must be paid to the guide during the tour.

  • Fly Express is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. Fly Express is obliged to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. 

    VISA

  • A visa is required for all Turkish Republic citizens, including Green Passport holders. For a visa application, it is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and the documents specified in the “Documents Required for a Visa” list.

  • Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic Green Passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger. 

  • Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; passport control officers have the authority to deny you entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger. 

  • The visa information specified in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding passports other than those of the Republic of Türkiye must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.

  • To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country imposes a visa requirement on citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger. 

  • Since guests under the age of 18 may be asked by police officers at border entry and exit points for a document showing the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or accompanied by only one of their parents, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay particular attention to this matter.
