Day 1 ISTANBUL – NAIROBI We meet at Istanbul Airport’s international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Nairobi on a scheduled Turkish Airlines service begins. Day 2 NAIROBI – LAKE NAIVASHA Following our late-night arrival in Nairobi, we transfer to our private coach waiting for us at the airport and head to our hotel to rest. Accommodation is at our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we depart with our 4x4 safari vehicles for Lake Naivasha, located in the Great Rift Valley. Lake Naivasha, which provides a habitat for hippos, also offers a natural environment for more than 450 bird species, including cormorants, fish eagles, pelicans, and other fish-eating birds. Upon arrival at Lake Naivasha, we have our lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, we take a boat ride from Lake Naivasha to Crescent Island for our safari adventure. When we land on Crescent Island, you will enjoy a unique safari experience, watching giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and antelopes graze peacefully, and you will have unforgettable moments on this island, home to monkeys, dozens of bird species, and many different animals. After the tour, transfer to our safari lodges at Lake Naivasha and free time to rest. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp. Day 3 LAKE NAIVASHA – LAKE NAKURU After breakfast at our safari lodges, we depart with our 4x4 Land Cruisers for Lake Nakuru National Park. On our safari here, you will have the chance to witness this natural life up close in Lake Nakuru, where you may see pink and fuchsia flamingos, white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, more than 400 bird species, and perhaps even leopards hidden in the tree branches. We return to our safari lodges for lunch and enjoy our meal. After lunch, you may relax at your lodge, have a massage, or enjoy the pool. In the afternoon, we continue our tour again with our 4x4 Land Cruisers for our safari at Lake Nakuru. After the tour, transfer to our safari lodges at Lake Nakuru and free time to rest. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp. Day 4 LAKE NAKURU – MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK After breakfast at our safari lodges, we depart with our 4x4 Land Cruisers for Masai Mara National Park for our Big Five Safari tour. On our tour, we will watch with amazement the lions, leopards, and cheetahs roaming the savannah in search of their next meal, and their majestic presence will inspire awe in the cycle of life. Our safari in Masai Mara will take us to hidden watering holes where elephants gather to quench their thirst and hippos roll in the cool waters. Together, we will observe the delicate balance of ecosystems and the interconnectedness of all living things, and marvel at the wonders of the natural world. On our safari tour, we will have the opportunity to see the Big Five: Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant, and Buffalo. In the midst of this wild and natural life, we will have the chance to witness millions of animals moving to different lands in search of greener pastures and see the Great Migration up close. After the tour, transfer to our safari camp in Masai Mara and free time to rest. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp. Day 5 MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK After breakfast at our safari camp, we depart with our 4x4 Land Cruisers for our Big Five Safari tour. At this giraffe sanctuary, where we will visit our tall, lovely friends, we will have the chance to meet Rothschild giraffes up close and feed them. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Nairobi and free time to rest. For our Farewell to Kenya Dinner, we will go to Carnivore Restaurant and have our meal as a buffet. After dinner, transfer to Nairobi Airport at the time announced by our guide. Day 7 NAIROBI – ISTANBUL Flight to Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines service. With our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services come to an end.

If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 21 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency. - If participation is insufficient but the tour still takes place, guiding may be provided in English. - In cases where, in the tour program, only category information is given without specifying the hotel name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before departure. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated kilometers. In such cases, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure date. - Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, tour participants making third-person and/or child reservations are deemed to have accepted the possible tightness of the room and the type of bed. Child discounts apply only for one child in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults. - Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and are generally continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours designed for general introduction of the cities and conducted with guide commentary from the vehicle, without museum or site entrance fees. If the panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the area on the day and time of the tour, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Fly Express is not responsible for the failure to operate such tours. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not allowed. - Flight times for tour flights may change because they are group tickets. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be shared by your agency with the tour information. - If domestic flight connections are not purchased, tour flight times must be confirmed. If a guest has purchased a domestic connection flight from a provider other than the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency if the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a time change. The guest accepts in advance, at the time of purchasing the tour, any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or change of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this. - According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline. - Guests included in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will arrange all their transfers themselves. - For participation in the tour, guests who are not present at the airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane, are not the responsibility of Fly Express if they cannot take the flight. Guests who miss the plane will bear all costs required to obtain new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination region in order to join the tour. - Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, and passports/IDs; Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and any costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the owner. - In cases such as illness or lost/stolen items, since the guide’s priority is the integrity and continuity of the group, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such adverse situations. - The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be provided correctly when purchasing the tour. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any cancellation and change penalties arising from incorrect information will be charged to you. - On some airlines, food, beverages, and online check-in services may be subject to a fee. - Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed on the bus during the tour. - The times announced by our guide during the tours are departure times, the time for the wheels of the vehicle to start moving. Our guide, who is responsible for fairly considering the rights of all guests, will depart the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. If a guest is late, they must reach the next stop on their own. - The participant hereby accepts in advance that they will join the tours specified in the program, will not disrupt the program, and will separately pay to the tour representative during the trip the amount previously stated in the program for expenses arising from local guides, museum & site entrance fees, city taxes, and, if applicable, audio headsets. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter. - Optional tours are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, tours cannot be operated, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for extra tours may change depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions. Guests may be accompanied by a different guide during optional tours. - On classic packages where optional tours are not included, optional tours are at the participant’s discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the optional tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest area along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the optional tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. - In programs where optional tours are included, it is mandatory to pay the museum & site entrance fees to the guide during the tour. - Fly Express is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delays, or flight and tour times may change before the trip. Fly Express is obliged to inform you of such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. VISA - All T.C. citizens, including green passport holders, are subject to a visa requirement. For a visa application, you must apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and the documents listed in the “Documents Required for Visa” list. - T.C. green passport holders traveling with a passport issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or the airline may not operate their flight. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the traveler. - Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this; responsibility belongs to the traveler. - The visa information stated in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates. - To avoid problems with border police at the border of the destination country due to damaged, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the traveler. - For guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents, border police may request a document showing the mutual consent of the mother and father when entering or leaving the country; therefore, we recommend that minors and their parents pay attention to this matter.
