  • To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, the passports obtained must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

  • Since guests under the age of 18 may be asked by police officers at border entry and exit points for a document showing the joint consent of their parents when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents pay particular attention to this matter.
