Fly Express is not responsible if the panoramic tours or other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations on the corresponding day and time, because of closed roads due to any event, or because weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

  • Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the third person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of foldable beds and beds known as coach beds, participants in triple-person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible lack of space and bed type in the rooms. • To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

In the event of a delay, the late guest must arrange their own transportation to the next stop.

Passengers who do not wish to participate in optional tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the optional tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.

  • In programs that include optional tours, museum & archaeological site admission fees must be paid to your agency during reservation or to the guide during the tour.

  • The participant hereby accepts in advance that they will participate in the tours to be organized as specified in the tour program, will not disrupt the program, and will separately pay the tour representative during the trip the amount previously stated in the tour program for expenses such as local guides, museum & archaeological site admissions, city taxes, and audio headset systems, if applicable.
