  IMPORTANT NOTES

• In Abu Dhabi tours, the points to pay attention to during the mosque visit are: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear straps, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the points to pay attention to are: wear sporty and comfortable clothing, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are operated with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20 people, tour prices may change or it may be carried out by метро. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on the density of the region or the period. In extra tours, the prices at the time of sale by the guide will be valid.
• Since the hotels in the tour program are processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, a different guide may accompany our guests. For return transfers, you must be ready at the hotel reception before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any extra tour cancellation or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may change depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances. In such a case, information will be given by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours arranged for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, not including museum or historical site entrances.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the failure to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out due to local authorities closing the visited places on the day and time coinciding with the tour, roads on the route being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transportation or on foot at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, the guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be present at the hotel reception where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as vb. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; hotel name guarantee is not given.
• To avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for the relevant destination are carried out in USD in extra tour purchases, the USD - EUR parity is applied the same
• Since our package tours are international, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, including the general conditions and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport have a passport issuance date older than 10 years, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the mentioned passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa and for this situation that may prevent the flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their own visa, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• In case the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, after the guest proves with the passport that the visa was not used within no later than 1 week from the visa expiry date, they may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa. If the guest obtained the visa by their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane lands, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if hotels have a room suitable for this, the hotel will make the blocking according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes of flight tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If the relevant fine is incurred because the travel insurance is not carried, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry and exit to some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa for another/other countries or not being able to enter at the border gate; since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' area of control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to provide economy and time benefit to the group accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to present the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not allowed by local authorities for any reason to be visited or attended are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a round-trip single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In this case, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards / screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must procure a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
• Our guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only carry out the upgrade process if there is availability on the relevant airline's relevant flight after their tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, even if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any resulting price difference in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before tour departure.
• To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/being called.
• During your trip, when you briefly or completely leave the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without disturbing the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour.
• Children under 18 years old must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Conditions are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
