Hurghada - Karnak Temple - Luxor Temple - LuxorAfter breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Luxor. Upon arrival, we will carry out the Karnak & Luxor Temple Tour. Our first stop will be Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex in Egypt and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Surrounded by mudbrick walls 20 meters high and containing many temples within, this magnificent structure offers important insights into Egypt’s history and mythology. We will visit this impressive site, whose construction took more than 2,000 years and where we can see the additions made by each pharaoh to the tomb of the previous one. Our second stop will be Luxor Temple, rising in all its splendor on the banks of the Nile and one of the best-preserved structures of the ancient world. Built around 1400 BC and welcoming its guests with colossal statues of Ramses II, this temple was a sacred center that hosted coronation ceremonies of kings. At the entrance of the temple, you can see the obelisk whose twin was sent to Concorde Square in Paris and the beginning of the 3-kilometer-long Avenue of the Sphinxes leading to Karnak. Luxor - Valley of the Kings - Hatshepsut Temple - LuxorAfter breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for the Guided Valley of the Kings & Hatshepsut Temple Tour. We begin our tour by exploring the Valley of the Kings, where the tombs built for pharaohs and powerful nobles are located. The kings had their tombs built inside this mysterious valley so that their valuable belongings would not be stolen and their immortality could continue in peace. After visiting the Valley of the Kings, we will visit the Hatshepsut Temple, built in honor of Hatshepsut, the first and only female pharaoh of Ancient Egypt. After touring this monumental structure, one of the most important mortuary temples belonging to Hatshepsut, who dressed like a king and wore a false beard after becoming queen, we will have lunch at a local restaurant. Luxor - Philae Temple - Aswan Dam - AswanAfter breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Aswan. During our journey, we will carry out the Philae Temple & Aswan Dam Tour. Our first stop will be Philae Temple, located on Agilkia Island on the Nile and known as the “Pearl of Egypt.” This temple is dedicated to the Egyptian goddess Isis. Considered the last stronghold of Ancient Egyptian belief, the structure stands out with its elegant Greco-Roman architecture, colonnaded halls, and hieroglyphic reliefs. Next, we will see the Aswan Dam, a giant engineering project that marked a turning point in modern Egyptian history. Built to control the annual flooding of the Nile and provide energy to the country, this structure also played a major role in preserving Egypt’s ancient monuments. After our tour, we will arrive at our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Aswan - CairoAfter breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer to Aswan Airport for our scheduled domestic flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, we will begin our Panoramic Cairo City Tour with our private vehicle waiting for us. Places we will see include the Old City Center, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Sadat’s Memorial Tomb, Baron Palace, Tahrir Square, and the city center along the Nile River. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Cairo - Grand Cairo Museum - Pyramids - Sphinx - CairoAfter breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for the Lunch Included Grand Cairo Museum & Giza Pyramids & Sphinx Tour. Our first stop will be the museum, which covers an area of 500,000 square meters (approximately 70 football fields) and is the world’s largest archaeological museum complex dedicated to a single civilization. Featuring a magnificent plaster and glass façade, the complex is decorated with triangles of different sizes and colors as a tribute to Ancient Egypt. Then, we will visit the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, one of the seven wonders of the world and named after the pharaohs who commissioned them. Built thousands of years ago and still preserving their mysteries, these three pyramids were designed according to the Pythagorean triangle. Built long before Pythagoras, these pyramids show that the Egyptians had highly advanced knowledge of mathematics and geometry. After visiting the mysterious pyramids, we will see the Sphinx, with the head of a pharaoh and the body of a lion, symbolizing the rising sun and rebirth for the pharaoh. We will have lunch at a local restaurant during the tour. Finally, after visiting the “Living Statue” Sphinx, which has a temple between its paws, free time will be given. Cairo - IstanbulAfter breakfast at the hotel, free time. At the time determined by our guide, we meet and transfer to Cairo Airport for our flight to Istanbul. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we fly to Istanbul on a scheduled AJet flight and our services come to an end.
