IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• Depending on the density of the region or the period, price changes may occur in extra tours. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is given without a hotel name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited. The guide service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be given by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are no more than 2-3 hours long, carried out panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program cannot be carried out due to local authorities closing the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be present at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels included in the program are offered for sale as such. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for overseas destinations, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be conveyed to guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• For our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if the date of issue of their passport is older than 10 years, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only serves as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate and applies for a visa, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or for any situation that may prevent the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, the provision of the documents needed (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest received their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department, and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport proving that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa brokerage company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Rooms for 3 people are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms, and if there is a suitable room in the hotels, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name and surname on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fees for ticket cancellation or changes caused by incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they encounter the relevant penalty for not carrying travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may cause the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/other countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours arranged along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our excursion will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, extra tours may not be available or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or traveled to for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited. The airline's rules apply in the relevant situation.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (and as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, because the group missed its departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may only do so after the tickets are issued and only if there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and have the ticket upgraded from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded if available. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for overseas calls/reception. 
• Please make sure you have collected all your belongings when briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels used during your trip. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
