IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Optional tours are held with the participation of at least 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of optional tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Depending on regional intensity or the period, price changes may occur for optional tours. For optional tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• In cases where only category information is given without specifying a name in the tour program and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
• Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance for optional tour cancellations or changes. The cancellation/refund status of the requested optional tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be held because local authorities have closed the visited places on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide reception takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such, etc. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept will not be used for optional tour reservation transactions.
• Since our package tours are for abroad travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests together with the general conditions and obligations available below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport have a passport issue date older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the destination is a country applying visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Passengers' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate and applies for a visa, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and for this situation that may prevent the flight.
• Documents required for passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) are normally provided within 1 business day. Guests must plan their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible delays.
• In the event that the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, after presenting their passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week from the visa end date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The type and time of the aircraft may change, and because hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were informed at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport to be traveled with must be reported and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty costs for ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests, whether they obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In the event of a penalty for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or exiting some countries may lead to the inability to obtain a visa for another/other countries or to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• In order for the trip to provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours made along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, optional tours may not be carried out or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities to be visited or attended for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be lost. In such a case, the rules of the airline apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In the event of missing a flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, because the group's departure was missed, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Moreover, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and have the ticket moved from group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Türkiye in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/incoming calls. 
• Please make sure that you have taken all your belongings when briefly leaving or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
