IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from advantageous excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• Prices on extra tours may change depending on regional density or period. For extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• In cases where only category information is given without a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip area transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, with guide narration from inside the vehicle and without museum or historical site entrances. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in closed roads or places where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be present at the hotel reception where you are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are sold as such. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are intended for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite this information being provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if the passport issue date is older than 10 years, must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted by the destination country and/or may not be flown from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the guests' responsibility.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the correctness of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any typing errors that may occur on the visa and for this situation that may prevent the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their visa on their own, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests need to arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that the visa is not used and is presented with the passport within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, routes may vary. The aircraft type and time may change, and because hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations are notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if such a room is available in hotels, it is blocked by the hotel depending on availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty costs for plane ticket cancellation or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a penalty is incurred because the guest does not carry travel insurance, responsibility lies with our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/other countries or to enter the border gate, and since this situation is outside the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join the tours conducted along the route for the sake of economy and time during the visit accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. When the excursion is over, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on the weather, provided that their content does not change. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not be held or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not allowed to be visited or undertaken by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
• The plane seats in our programs are group seats, and the outbound and return are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such a case, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be monitored by passengers. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). Also, because the group's departure was missed, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. In addition, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight than the group, the area-city or area-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant airline's flight after the tickets have been issued. Since the plane seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for making/receiving international calls. 
• When leaving for a short time or permanently from the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 travel with their mother, a consent form must be obtained from the father; if they travel with their father, from the mother; if they travel with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
