1.    Day  ISTANBUL AIRPORT – DOHA (08.07.2026)
Meet in front of Istanbul Airport, International Departure Terminal, before the Qatar Airways counter at 17:00. After check-in, passport, and customs procedures, depart on Qatar Airways flight QR 246 at 20:05 heading to Doha. Overnight on plane.

2.    Day  DOHA – TOKYO (09.07.2026)
Arrive in Doha at 00:30 local time. Depart on Qatar Airways flight QR 806 at 02:40 bound for Tokyo. Arrive in Tokyo at 19:10 local time. Transfer to our hotel where we will stay. After check-in, free time. Overnight at Tokyo hotel.

3.    Day  TOKYO, JAPAN (10.07.2026)
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy free time for personal activities. Guests may participate in the optional “Hakone and Mount Fuji Tour” organized by the guide. First, we will stop at Oshino Hakkai Village to enjoy a panoramic view of Japan’s symbol, Mount Fuji. Then, visit Owakudani, a volcanic area formed after the eruption of Hakone Volcano around 3000 years ago, with sulfurous fumes and hot springs. Taste the black eggs cooked in natural hot water and, if the weather permits, photograph Mount Fuji. Afterwards, take a boat tour on Lake Ashi at Togendai Station, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and witness the natural beauty. After the tour, return to Tokyo and transfer to our hotel. Free time. Overnight at Tokyo hotel.

4.    Day  TOKYO, JAPAN (11.07.2026)
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. Guests may join the optional “Tokyo City Tour.” The tour includes visits to the famous Asakusa district and Sensoji Temple, the Imperial Palace, Odaiba, and Akihabara Street. We will also see Ginza and Shinjuku, known for their shopping and entertainment, including famous pedestrian crossings. After the city tour, transfer to the cruise ship. Check-in and settle in your cabins. The ship departs at 15:00. Dinner and overnight on board.

5.    Day  TOBA, JAPAN (12.07.2026)
The ship arrives at Toba port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests can join the optional tour organized by the guide. The tour starts in Ise, known as the “Sacred City” due to the Ise Shrine complex, which includes over 125 shrines surrounded by Japanese cedar trees. Walk through the well-preserved streets of Okage Yokocho. After the tour, transfer back to the ship. The ship departs from the port at 16:00.

6.    Day  OSAKA, JAPAN (13.07.2026)
Arrive at Osaka port at 08:00. After breakfast, free time for personal needs. Optional tour to Kyoto, Japan’s cultural capital, including visits to Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion), Kiyomizu-dera, and the Gion district. Return to Osaka and see the city’s landmarks like Dotonbori. The ship departs at 20:00. Dinner and overnight on board.

7.    Day  KOCHI, JAPAN (14.07.2026)
Arrive at Kochi port at 07:00. After breakfast, free time for shopping and personal needs. Optional tour to Kochi Castle, Godaisan Viewpoint, and other sites. Depart from Kochi at night around 16:00.

8.    Day  HIROSHIMA, JAPAN (15.07.2026)
Arrive in Hiroshima at 09:00. After breakfast, free time or optional tour to Hiroshima and Miyajima Island, visiting the Peace Memorial Park, Atomic Bomb Dome, and the Children's Peace Monument. The ship departs at 19:00. Overnight on board.

9.    Day  KANMON STRAIT (16.07.2026)
Passing through the Kanmon Straits from 07:00 to 09:00. Guests may observe from the outer decks. Spend the day at sea with activities such as pools, fitness, shops, shows, music, or trying their luck in the casino.

10.    Day  BUSAN, SOUTH KOREA (17.07.2026)
Arrive at Busan port at 07:00. After breakfast, optional sightseeing including Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Haeundae Beach, Gukje Market, and the UN Memorial Cemetery. Depart at night around 16:00. Overnight on board.

11.    Day  NAGASAKI, JAPAN (18.07.2026)
Arrive in Nagasaki at 07:00. After breakfast, optional tour to Nagasaki Peace Park, Glover Garden, and other sites. Depart at 16:00. Overnight on board.

12.    Day  SEAVIGATION (19.07.2026)
Full day at sea. Activities include pools, gym, shopping, shows, music, and casino.

13.    Day  SHIMIZU (YOKOHAMA), JAPAN – DOHA (20.07.2026)
Arrive at Mount Fuji Shimizu port at 09:30. Optionally visit Oshino Hakkai Village, enjoy views of Mount Fuji, and take a boat tour on Lake Ashi. The ship departs around 18:00. Overnight at sea.

14.    Day  YOKOHAMA, JAPAN – DOHA (21.07.2026)
Arrive in Yokohama at 06:30. After breakfast, final disembarkation procedures. Optional Tokyo shopping tour. Then, transfer to the airport. Flight QR 809 departs from Narita at 17:25 heading to Doha. Arrive in Doha at 23:05. Overnight at Doha airport.

15.    Day  DOHA – ISTANBUL (22.07.2026)
Start the new day at the airport. Flight QR 237 departs at 02:05 to Istanbul. Arrive in Istanbul, completing the journey.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Provided that the passports and necessary documents are submitted completely, the AGENT will assist in obtaining visas. It is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
  • The AGENT is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of the required documents for the visa.
  • Having a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. Passport control has the authority to deny entry to individuals. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • In hotels, there may be an additional bed application in triple rooms, which means the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there is no third bed application. The AGENT will inform guests during the sales process about such hotels.
  • Child prices are only valid if the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For the 0-2 age child application, the child must not have turned 2 years old by the tour return date, and for the 3-12 age child application, the child must not have turned 12 years old by the tour return date.
  • Due to external reasons, the AGENT reserves the right to make changes to the program.
  • If participation in the tour is insufficient, the AGENT will notify guests of cancellation/change at least 21 days before the tour departure.
  • AGENT acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times need to be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure date. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the knowledge and acceptance of possible changes in flight details.
  • There is a 20 kg luggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights.
  • The AGENT reserves the right to change the hotels mentioned in the program, as long as they remain in the same category.
  • Optional tours are organized under certain participation conditions. If participation is insufficient, they may not be conducted. In cases of insufficient participation, prices may be revised by the guide, and a new arrangement may be made.
  • During extra tours on the way, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by our guide to the rest areas located before the city entrances.
  • Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENT is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.
  • In case of cancellation and modification, the "AGENT SALES AGREEMENT" applies.
  • During the cruise, two of the dinners you will have are official dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger who wishes to dine here has at least one suit, and females have at least one evening dress.
  • During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal on the ship, everyone will sit at the locations that have been previously allocated.
  • At check-in for the cruise, every passenger (only one person in couples) must present a credit card to the ship's reception when collecting cabin keys or make a cash deposit. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. The Euro currency and credit cards are valid on the ship. All your expenses can be checked on your room televisions.
  • It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, iron, hairdryer, etc. on board.
  • At the beginning of our cruise, specific color luggage tags for all our group's luggage will be sent to you with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
  • Your luggage may not reach your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This situation is caused by the intensity and crowds and is certainly under the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack your essential needs in a small bag and bring it with you on the first day of boarding.
  • It is essential to adhere to the ship's departure times. Passengers must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
  • At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage by attaching the previously distributed tags to your cabins' doors by midnight. After the disembarkation process from the ship, our group will collect their luggage from the station where their luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST COLLECT HIS/HER OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
  • ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR ROUND-TRIP PLANE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR COUNTRY/SHIP ENTRY LIES WITH GUESTS WHO DO NOT HAVE PRINTED TICKETS.
